  1. In relation to the answer to question on notice 247 that $1,816,997 was spent on the Lanyon and Calwell shopping centre improvements, what was the total specific cost of the Lanyon Marketplace improvements.
  2. What was the total cost, broken down by cost to (a) supply, (b) install, (c) remove, (d) replace and (e) design/select a new location of the bench installed and then removed earlier this year.
  3. Was the original bench used for the replacement or was a new bench purchased in relation to the bench referred to in part (2).
  4. Does the Government now consider the Lanyon improvements complete.
  5. What lessons has the Government learned from the Lanyon Marketplace improvements to avoid similar delivery and design failures in the future, given the discrepancy in artist impressions advertised to the community and works actually delivered.
