Why is the City Renewal Authority not able to give a timeframe within which it will have a Master Plan for Section 72 prepared for community engagement given the Salvation Army is the Crown lessee of Block 22 Section 72 and the site has been some vacant for some years; Section 72 is close to the Dickson Group Centre with all of its associated facilities, public transport and community facilities; these are important attributes for a range of uses including housing, especially public, community and affordable housing; the zoning does not permit housing so if that is seen as a suitable use a change to the zoning will be necessary; and the ongoing housing crisis.
