  1. What was the total number of applicants for the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) position at the Suburban Land Agency (SLA) during the most recent recruitment process.
  2. Was the recruitment process for the SLA CEO role conducted by an external executive search firm or by internal ACT Government personnel.
  3. Was a formal capability assessment or skills matrix used to assess candidates for the SLA CEO role; if so, can this be provided.
  4. What qualifications, skills, and prior experience does the current SLA CEO possess specifically relating to large-scale residential land development, greenfield site delivery, or master planning.
  5. Did the panel consider any candidates with significant public or private sector experience delivering master-planned residential communities of over 1,000 dwellings; if so, how were the candidates ranked.
  6. Was experience in large-scale residential land delivery listed as an essential or desirable criterion in the position description for the SLA CEO recruitment, and can the Minister provide the position description.
  7. Was Cabinet consulted or formally advised of the final selection before the SLA CEO was appointed; if so, what briefing material or risk analysis was provided.
